You can delete your account and your data at any time, in one of two ways.
Fastest — inside the app
Account → Settings → Delete account. It runs immediately, with no waiting.
Or by email or WhatsApp

What is deleted
- Your account, phone number, name and photo.
- Your saved addresses, cart and favourites.
- Push tokens and device identifiers.
What remains — and why
Order and financial records are kept for as long as accounting and legal obligations require, separated from your identity.
