1. What Zanbbel is

Zanbbel is an e-commerce marketplace connecting buyers with sellers and suppliers across the region and around the world, retail and wholesale. We are an intermediary: the goods, their quality, their price and whether they match the description are the seller’s responsibility, and shipping is carried out by contracted carriers.

Your contracting party is CARWHATS. PORTAL CO. L.L.C — a company licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under commercial licence no. 1443846 issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism, with the activity “Portal”. Zanbbel is its trading brand.

2. Your account

• A valid phone number that belongs to you is required.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in code private.
• We may suspend any account where we suspect fraud or abuse.
• You can delete your account at any time from the delete-account page.

3. Orders and prices

• Prices are in the shop's currency and cover what the order summary shows before you confirm.
• Shipping cost, service fees, taxes and customs duties where applicable may be added — all of them are shown before payment.
• Confirming an order does not guarantee stock; a shop may decline if an item has run out, and what you paid is returned.
• An order may be refused or cancelled if the address cannot be reached or you do not answer.

4. Payment

• Cash on delivery, from your Zanbbel wallet, or by card through an approved payment provider.
• Wallet balance is used inside the platform and can be withdrawn under the published withdrawal process.
• We do not hold your card details on our servers.

5. Cancellation and returns

• Cancellation is available before the order is prepared. After that a cancellation fee may apply, and it is shown to you.
• Returnable goods carry a return window shown on the product page.
• Food, medicine and perishable goods are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or wrong.
• On an accepted return the amount goes back to your wallet or to the original payment method.

6. Prohibited items

It is forbidden to order or send: weapons and ammunition · narcotics · flammable or explosive materials · live animals · prescription medicines where a prescription is required · and anything prohibited by applicable law.

7. What merchants owe

• Accuracy of product details, price and availability.
• Respecting the preparation and shipping times they publish.
• Holding the necessary licences — pharmacies and restaurants in particular.
• We may remove any non-compliant product or suspend a shop without prior notice.

8. Content users post

Ratings, reviews and photos must be truthful and free of abuse, racism, indecency, and anything infringing the rights of others.

9. Limits of liability

We make reasonable effort to keep the service running and accurate, without guaranteeing it is free of interruption or error. Our liability for any order does not exceed the value of that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute — the jurisdiction that issued the operating company’s licence. Buyers may also turn to the consumer-protection authority in their own country where their law grants them that right.
