What is a conical roller bearing? The conical roller bearing belongs to the separation bearing, and the inner and outer rings of the bearing have a tapered raceway. The number of rollers fitted by these bearings is a series of different structural types such as single-column, double-row and four-row conical roller bearings. Single-row conical roller bearings can withstand radial and one-way axial loads. When the bearing is subjected to radial load, an axial force is generated, so when another bearing that can withstand the axial force in the opposite direction is required to balance it. TECHNICAL SPECS Includes: 4 Pieces L-44643 Bearings 1 Inch Inside Dimension, 4 Pieces L-44610 Bearings 1.98 Inch Outside Dimension 2 Pieces 12192TB Seal 2 Pieces Cotter Pin 2 Pieces Dust Cover Size: L-44643 Bearings - 1 Inch Inside Dimension L-44610 Bearings - 1.98 Inch Outside Dimension Weight: 660 g Advantages: 1. The use of high-quality high-quality bearing billet, so that the bearing life can be extended by 80 percent. 2. The grease and lubrication technology can extend the bearing life and improve the bearing performance. 3. With uniform hardness and wear resistance, high temperature resistance, long service life. 4. At the time of operation, the speed is uniform, coordination with machinery, improve efficiency. Applied to automobiles, mills, mines, metallurgy, plastic machinery and other industries. Specifications: Cage and its materials: J steel plate stamping. If rust or dirt has gotten into the bearings they should be replaced. Sometimes you can clean the rust or dirt out, regrease the bearing and everything will work OK. You will have to decide on a case by case basis. If possible, it is best to replace the bearings. 1. Why do the bearings I received have shaking? The clearance of the bearing is related to the play. The default is the standard C0 clearance, which is usually 3-18um. The corresponding principle is shown in the figure below. If you don't need to shake, please choose C2 small clearance bearing. If you have any questions, please contact us before purchasing. 2. Do I still need to add grease to the bearings? Yes, this is the taper roller steering bearing, When assembling, you need to apply grease, Grease has the effect of rust protection and lubrication. If you have special using requirements, please operate under the guidance of a professional. 4. Do you provide logistics tracking information? Yes, all our products provide full logistics tracking.
