Tap “Download the APK” and wait for the download to finish.
Open the file from the notification bar or the “Downloads” folder.
If the phone asks, allow installing from this source (Chrome or your file manager), then go back.
Tap “Install”, then open the app and sign in with your number.

The file comes straight from Zanbbel's server, and it asks for no permission beyond its job.
