Receiving your fur: Your garment may have traveled far and will need some care after unboxing. Once opened, gently shake your new fur upside down to eliminate creases and unwanted flatness. If it needs extra care, blow dry on medium heat for a few minutes, keeping the hair dryer at least 10cm away to avoid damaging the fur; do not let the dryer touch the fur. General care: Always hang your fur on a broad, padded hanger to maintain the garment's shape. When hanging in the closet, leave room between the fur and other garments to prevent matting. Please note our faux furs are dry-clean only, and we recommend a professional dry cleaner specializing in faux fur and faux leather.
