Product information
1. 0° Straight Head (Standard Short Straight) The head is completely straight with no bends, and the handle is the shortest. Use: Front teeth area, shallow gums, front positions inside the mouth; direct transfer of force, maximum cutting power. 2. 15° Angled Head, Short Handle The head bends upward 15°, with a short handle. Use: Premolars, slightly avoiding the soft lip tissue, and getting a clear line of sight. 3. 15° Angled Head, Long Handle Same 15° upward angle, but the handle is longer. Use: Deep back teeth area, deep gums, like low-lying impacted wisdom teeth, for greater penetration depth. 4. 20° Angled Head (the one with the blue circle in the picture) The head bends 20°, a bigger angle than before. Use: Molars, lower back teeth, raising the head a lot so the doctor's view isn’t blocked by the handle; this is the most commonly used angle for back teeth. 5. 25° Angled Head, Long Handle The head bends 25°, the largest angle, and the handle is the longest. Use: Deepest positions, far back lower jaw, near the ascending ramus, impacted posterior teeth; with the largest angle, the view is best but there’s a slight loss in cutting torque.
