Align the lid and press down the handle firmly to expel air from the container. Store the canister in cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight. To open: slightly lift the handle to let air enter the jar, then remove the lid. Clean the glass body and silicone ring with warm water, dry thoroughly before reuse. Notes This canister can remove most air, it is NOT a fully absolute vacuum container. Do not store wet, high water content or fermentable food inside.
