OFFSET DESIGN FOR DURABILITY AND EASIER FITTING The Horizon stem steerer clamp features an offset design, which provides maximum thread contact for the steerer bolts. All sharp edges have been removed during the machining process to ensure a smooth feel while eliminating any risk of injury should your body come in contact with the stem. The face plate has also been designed specifically with "no gap" at the top to give it a clean look and to make fitting assembly easier.
